the "SUITES & VILLAS"

"University Suites", "The Villas" and the "Villas II" are a 300 bed furnished apartment complex featuring 4 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom and Studio apartments with all bedrooms having their own bath. The complex features spectacular views of surrounding mountains and the Tuckaseigee River. University Suites and The Villas are located one half mile from campus. The Villas II adjoins the campus.

 

Our units were designed to meet both the the needs of the student and the professional. The Studio and 1 bedroom apartments are perfect for the grad student and the professional that needs a second home in Cullowhee and the student who wants a quiet place of their own. The 2 and 4 bedroom apartments are great for the student. If you don't have a roommate we will find one for you. Our individual lease agreements make living here comparable and in many cases less in price to living on campus.

 

INDIVIDUAL LEASES:

We lease individual Bedrooms, so if your roommate leaves or does not pay their rent, your rent does not change. Also, if you don't have a roommate, we will find one for you.

 

ALL INCLUSIVE UTILITIES IN RENT:

Your one monthly rent payment covers water/sewer, garbage pick-up and high speed internet connection, plus you don't pay any separate deposits for any of these utilities.

Apartments are equipped with deadbolt locks on both the entry doors and on each bedroom door. All apartments and bedrooms have smoke alarms, sprinkler system and Heat Pumps.
