When you have compleated the Create a Login page and click continue, your Login will have been created. You may then come back at any time and make a payment using several different types of payment. (E-check, debit card, credit card, etc.)

 

Be sure to give your correct apartment number when filling out your Login.

(ex. 521A in a four bedroom apartment.)

 

You will be able to pay rent, electric, late fees, and any other fees. You can make the payment of multiple items at one time.

 

There are charges for this service. The least expensive form of payment is an E-check.

The charge for a E-check is $1.00.
